Tubby trouble

They are up to no good again; Isabella at 6 months & 3 weeks graduates into the big tub with her Sissy... she is forever her Idol!

Stretching & Charts

Isabella's 6 Month Doctor's appointment would not be a moment that she'd cherish for the rest of her life, if she was to remember it.

The mean Nurse gave her 3 shots and made her cry for a couple of minutes in mommy's arms. We haven't any pictures of her band aids on her poor little legs because Caroline was being her helpful self, and peeled "Isabella's stickers" right off when they arrived home.

She weighted in at 15 pounds and 10 ounces (7 kilos), and measured 25 and 3/4 inches (65.4 cm), putting her close to 50% percentile for both weight and height, very close to Caroline statistics at her age.

Doctor's exact percentiles were 39% for weight and 46% for length... daddy's is still studying the percentile equations to figure out how she came up with those exact numbers; got some homework from now until her next 9 month appointment. Spreadsheet time, YaaY!

I know how to do this...

Isabella watches every move Caroline makes, so she tries to mimic her.

In this snapshot she took her milk bottle off the hands of her Aunty Jaclynn babysitting her one morning, and knew what to do with it.

First Day at School!

Caroline's first day at School was an eventful day for her. She starts going now once a week from 9A to 2:30P till May next year.

It's a program called "Mother's Day Out" giving mommies a break and some free time to themselves. Her Teacher said she only cried for a couple of minutes after being dropped off and played with the rest of her classmates, two girls and three boys.

Mommy peaked in the window and was relieved to see our Missy playing; she is going to do alright on her own beginning to interact with other children all day for the first time in her life.

They played indoors and also outdoors, getting the children acquainted with each other. Caroline was happy to see mommy return to pick her up; in the past she would get upset with her for a moment after realizing she had without her; she is a very sensitive girl.

She was returned with a Paci in her mouth, so we still got some work ahead of us.
